FAQ
- How do I book a photoshoot?
- Open a shoot, pick your date, your time and a package, and check out. Your booking is a request until the photographer confirms it.
- What does cancelling cost?
- More than 72 hours before the shoot: nothing, you get everything back. Under 72 hours: a 10% fee, so 90% is refunded. Under 24 hours: 50%, so 50% is refunded.
- Which payment methods work?
- Card, on every shoot.
- What does “verified” mean?
- That Kapturia checked who they are before letting them publish, and that they carry a Kapturia credential which can be scanned on the spot.
