Cancelling and refunds
The schedule below is applied automatically. There is nothing to negotiate.
What does cancelling cost?
More than 72 hours before the shoot: nothing, you get everything back. Under 72 hours: a 10% fee, so 90% is refunded. Under 24 hours: 50%, so 50% is refunded.
How do I cancel?
From your bookings page. The money goes back to the card you paid with; if your card was only saved for a later charge, it is simply never charged.

You get 100% back. A photographer who declines or cancels costs you nothing, and a no-show can be reported from your booking once the start time has passed.
What happens if it rains?
Paris rain does not cancel a shoot by itself, and some of the best pictures come out of it. Talk to your photographer: you can agree to move the session, or agree on a refund.
